Stagnation means regression. Anxious minds have therefore continually thought about what presentation form might replace double projection. Some speakers tried doubling the number of pictures, in the form of 4-fold projection, as a pilot project. A few conference centers were supplied with the additional projectors, but before these first attempts could become a trend, more modern technologies pushed their way into the meeting halls.
